Over consumption

(1) Subject to fair usage policy

(2) If you have a parallel telephone line (Internet Line) and wish to install ADSL service on it, a $30 fee will be deducted from the relevant Starter Package. Last paid copy of the internet line bill must be provided

(3) An optional pack is required for each additional telephone socket at your premises. Every telephone handset should have a splitter connected to it in order to avoid noise and interference.

Important Information

(a) For any cancellation of existing services, kindly contact THGV customer care (a signed cancellation form should be submitted). THGV cannot process any cancellation without receiving a properly filled cancellation form.

(b) THGV or third party is not responsible for any internal or external wiring work inside or outside the building.

(c) All prices mentioned in the Fiber plan are VAT included.

(d) If you wish to cancel your FiberX Service, a cancellation fee might apply. All THGV Fiber services and accounts must be paid in full before cancellation is complete.
Cancellation request form should be submitted to THGV's offices no later than the 24th of every month.

(e) If the account is cancelled due to non-payment of monthly fees or any other reasons, you will have to pay an additional $25.00 reconnection fee to reactivate your account. Reconnection delays may apply.

(f) Billing should commence right after installation is done.

(g) All plans are treated under fair usage policy.

(h) A $1.00 collection charge applies on monthly payments made under Bank Domiciliation or OMT option.

(i) The term of this agreement is for 1 year after installation is complete.
